Concept
Respecting the past, but reimagining for the present, the 1860s Italianate style "Morse-Libby House" will be thoughtfully and extensively adapted into a mixed-use property functioning as both a Bed & Breakfast and private residence. A design-forward retreat on the lower two levels, the B&B will provide all luxuries and comforts discerning guests expect, with nods towards its historic heritage. A tree-top third floor refuge, the American Arts & Crafts inspired private owner's apartment reflects a more relaxed attitude and open concept, providing both privacy and space to entertain.
