Sierra Trading Post brands. 
In my role I developed strategic marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and migration across a complex network of over 2,700 retail locations and two eCommerce websites.

Collaborated with Mastercard and the GRAMMY Awards to design and execute credit cardholder engagement campaigns driving brand affinity and 11% lift in Q4 holiday sales.​​​​​​​
2017 TJX Rewards Store Associate Training Manual
Led cross-functional team to develop and brand all aspects of in-store associate Rewards program training, touching over 150K associates and driving associate engagement, applications, and sales penetration.
