A developer has acquired a 102-acre parcel in Cairo a small town in rural, upstate New York. Previously the property was home to a family-owned lodge with a 9-hole golf course. Propose a plan to include lodging, retail, dining, and recreation, creating a unique offering to attract tourism, while maintaining the
local community's support.

A family-oriented farm-to-table experience and corporate retreat, with numerous family suites and connecting room configurations, adaptable to conferencing meeting needs. Featuring an on-site dairy farm with creamery and cheesemaking program, the immersive farm-to-table experience is included with accommodation, enjoyable for all ages.
